PLOT SUGGESTION: There's been an increased incidence of accidents happening in an area of town outside of campus. Automobile, some property damage, etc just in this one area. Most people would have heard of the increase by word-of-mouth (ie "hay guys don't go driving there, a bunch of people have been getting hurt there"), but the Order could suspect an immune is involved?

In reality, there is an immune involved. An NPC student's immune mother has recently broken a pact. The Order doesn't know the details yet but this is an emergency case to protect the town's people so they're sending members out to investigate.
